Foundation and Structure
Reinforced concrete fulfilling the current regulations (including earthquake-resistance regulations).
Flat ceilings in dwellings and steel mesh t spread load: all in accordance with the criteria established
in the European Directive of the Constitution and the regulations of the EU.

Outer walls and Façade
Outer layer od outer walls composed of 11cm thick hollow-brick masonry, with an air chamber plastered
and waterproofed inside and with insulation of 4cm thick expanded polystyrene sheets: inner layer of
wall composed of 7cm thick hollow-brick masonry, covered with plaster.
All the outer walls will be treated with a single layer stone dressing, according to orders from the Architect.

Interior Masonry
The inner walls of the dwellings will be composed of hollow bricks of 9cm thickness.

The steps of the staircase will be made of hollow-brick masonry, finished with decorative covering.

The door lintels will be made with pre-fabricated concrete beams or special ceramic elements.

The walls and ceilings of the dwellings will be covered with smoothed plaster.

False ceilings of 60cm x 60cm plain plaster panels will be installed in wet rooms.

Flooring
For most of the dwelling and the kitchen, the flooring will be of high quality 42cm x 42cm single-fired floor
tiles, with a proportional skirting board of the same material.

In the bathroom, the flooring will be of high quality single-fired floor tiles, matching the wall tiles.

On the roof terraces, the floor will be of slip-resistant tiles laid on a previously waterproofed surface.

Wall Tiling
The bathroom & kitchen walls will be covered with high quality ceramic tiles of different patterns and sizes.

Exterior Woodwork
In the dwelling, the exterior woodwork will be of white lacquered aluminium, with fastenings according to the project design, with aluminium roller blinds.

The windows will be double-glazed in Climalit-type glass 4+6+4, guaranteeing perfect thermal and acoustic insulation.

Interior Woodwork
The front door of the dwelling will be of reinforced lacquered aluminium, with a chrome handle.

Inside doors in the dwellings are standard sized plain doors in oak veneer, with modern chrome fittings, lock fitted in the edge, handle and with bolt in bedrooms.

The wardrobes will have the same finish as the interior woodwork and will be lined, with a hanging-rail and a lower shelf.

Painting
The interior walls of the dwelling will be painted with plain acrylic paint.
The ceilings of the dwelling will be smooth and painted white.

Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings
Installation of hot and cold water with copper tubing with diameters according to the project plans.
Stop-taps for cold and hot water in each bathroom and kitchen, with stopcock and overall shutoff for the dwelling.

The sanitary fittings in the bathrooms of each dwelling will be of whit vitrified porcelain, by Roca or
similar supplier.
The taps will be ceramic in chrome or similar.
A washbasin will be installed in the bathroom.
Drains will be of PVC tubing as per regulations.

Electricity
Electrical installation with mid-level electrification, with modern design mechanisms.

Kitchens
Upper and lower furniture items made of melamine-veneered board, with doors of board veneered with laminate material in soft colours.
Work top in high quality national granite finished in double edge.

Stainless steel sink, by Teka or similar supplier.
The taps will be ceramic as in the rest of the house, in chrome or similar.
Installation for washing-machine and dishwasher.

In addition, the following goods will be installed, by Teka or similar supplier:
Electric glass ceramic hob
Stainless steel electric oven
Stainless steel decorative oven extractor hood

Roofing
Roof terraces will be made waterproofed with roofing felt and overlaid with ceramic roof tiles.
The roof will be made with antique-finish mixed ceramic tiles, on waterproofed board laid over ventilated partitions with glass-fibre insulation of 60cm thickness between them.

General Installations
Hot water from thermoelectric hot water cylinder.

Three telephone sockets will be installed per dwelling:
In the living room, the kitchen and the main bedroom.

Similarly, there will be three television aerial sockets:
In the living room, the kitchen and the main bedroom.

Entry phone to open doors automatically.

Communal television aerial.

Private mailbox of modern design for delivery of mail in the entrance porch or on the front fence.

Pre-installation for air-conditioning through heat/cold tubes.
